About Me

I am currently a third-year PhD student with a background in programming and computational finance. I'm also a graduate fellow at the American Institute of Economic Research for the Fall 2024. Before coming to Haslam, I completed my internship as an auditor and worked for a hedge fund as a part-time consultant. I earned my MSc. of Computational Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology. My research interests include cryptoeconomics (cryptocurrencies and their economic systems), decentralized finance, and trust in financial systems. I often utilize game theory and econometrics in my research. My papers have been accepted at conferences such as the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance Annual Meeting, Crypto Economics Security Conference (UC Berkeley), the FMA, the SFA, UWA Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Conference, the AEA Poster Session, and the SWFA. In my free time, I enjoy lurking in Bitcoin developers' public forums and learning directly from people who are writing the code for a trillion-dollar asset.
